Hi,

* It seems that the crawler ignores the "Don't search these items" section from the preferences when notifying my plugin. Is this a bug in GDS, or is it intended and I have to take care about that myself?

* How can i know if the HandleFile notification is because of a changed file or the "One-time index update"? (It seems, when reinstalling my plugin, the index is updated as well, which makes sense, but also many problems for me - so this third case would also be nice to know)

* Is it really true that I cannot remove anything from the index using the api? Many of my problems (duplicate IM items) could be solved if that would be possible.
