You want a windows shortcut from the keyboard to launch SU?

Or create shortchuts into SU to some tools or coomands? if is this what you need, chek the menu Window> Preferences> Shortcuts... there you can assign key combinatios to the commands and tools.

About windows shortcut to launch SU, from rubby is not possible, must have to a use an aplication or maybe you keyboard or mouse have an extra button to personalize its ussage.
