Oops, sorry,
Which query, the query that retrieve the reporter? Or the query that retrieved the issue itself?
Thanks,
Barry

First, please don't cross post between both the lists :)
Second, I cannot reproduce this in my install. What version are you currently on, and can you please send me the actual SQL query that is being run?
Best Regards, /bryan

Hi Kipp,
Thanks for the response, but this is different. The reporter is in the system and it is pulled out of the DB correctly. I think this error is happening in the HTML somewhere. When I print the table right before displaying the template, I get the correct field contents.

Hi Barry:
I ran into this when pulling new issues via an email inbox. If the person who submitted the email was not configured as a user in Eventum, the Reporter shows up as lower case "system". Once you create an account for the person, subsequent requests will now show as being reported by the user. But the issue(s) created before the user account was will continue to display "system" as the reporter.
I notice that when you view the issue detail before creating the user's account, the raw email address of the requestor is displayed in the Notification List. After the user account is created and you look at the same issue again, the user's email is replaced by their full name.
I think on the next release the same code should be put into play to check the database for an email match on a user before displaying "system" on an issue - I have several "system" reported issues that I'm stuck with on the listing screen without knowing who the true reporter is (without clicking into the detail).

HI,
I am noticing a problem on the list view of eventum. It always displays the word "system" in that column, and not what is stored in the database or what is correctly displayed in the view. Is anyone else seeing this and is a work around available, like in 1.7.1?
Thanks,
