Just so I don't forget (I should really file bugs or worklogs)

MGM/J interface is now "frozen" unless we all talk about it. Changes will now add new methods and deprecate old ones.

Stuff to do:

Split classes into interfaces and *Impl classes.

Fix linking/runtime issues with libmgmpp

Add javadocs

(and fix the testsuite cases in ndb/j that don't work)
