Seasons greetings,
I hosted a couple of domains for some friends and family and have just
found myself up against a brick wall. I have added a domain in the
usual manner to hosteddomains and esmtpdacceptmailfor (ensuring to run
makehosteddomains and makeacceptmailfor).
I have added an entry to the mysql table used for authentication and a
select * from passwd; returns the following output (details have been
altered for security)
+------------------+-------+-------+--------+-----+-----+------
| id | crypt | clear | name | uid | gid | home
+------------------+-------+-------+--------+-----+-----+------
| alias@domain | crypt | passw | Users | uid | gid |
/var/spool/mail/hosted/domain/user
Aliasing is working fine for all but one domain on my server, but I
cannot see any reason why alias@ for this one domain doesn't work.
Sending an email to specifieduser@domain works fine.
Could anyone shed any light on this or suggestion what maybe causing this?
Thank you in advance.
Toby
