I recently upgraded my old SB Live! to an SB Audigy.
Looking at /usr/src/sys/dev/sound/pci/emu10k1.c it looks like
it should be
supported:
It's not supported yet. In-kernel code in -CURENT and -STABLE only knows about
Audigy PCI ID.
Looks like the chip ID is correct, and the kernel is
attaching to the 1394
and joystick ports on this card just fine. It fails both
preloading the
module and just letting the kernel try and detect it. Does
anyone have a
clue they can toss me? Kernel config and dmesg follow.
Audigy and Audigy2 support is currently under development.
