For the current version of maildrop, you need to compile, install, and test, courier-authlib first.

I had read this before and backup out my install of maildrop and rebuilt (rpmbuild) maildrop, however I did not install the complete authlib set on the system. I only istalled the courier-authlib.i386, courier-authlib-pipe.i386, and courier-authlib-userdb.i386.

Last night, I installed all the authlib modules, rebuilt (rpmbuild) maildrop, removed the installed maildrop and installed the new maildrop. It now works.

Once you've set up courier-authlib, you will need to recompile maildrop.

Do you need to set up courier-authlib with a userdb to recompile maildrop?

Now to convert my procmail scripts...

Thanks again Sam, Jens
