Hi,

I'm looking to evaluate Eventum - but I can't find any docs on if the system
will send notification emails if/when a tickets resolution date has passed. Can
anybody let me know? I've installed it but have no email system to test against.
The only notification configuration I can find is in the reminder conditions and
that only seems to be able to compare the 'recorded' dates against other
recorded dates. Not the resolution date against 'now'.
