This would significantly contribute to the complication rather than simplifying it: XMPP doesn't send your IP address with other users, you're stuck using XMPP for routing, IIRC. That being said, the world has bittorrent. Is there even a need for something that will only congest the XMPP network and flood smaller XMPP sites?
