If you received this already sorry - hasn't shown up on the list from what I can see, so I'm trying again:

I'm getting error 534 on my courier server when ONE remote client connects and tries to send mail. they claim they are sending to a single recipient - I obtained a copy of a message received on another non-courier server, and looked at the headers - I don't see anything. Is there a way to capture the message and determine where the problem is?

I know it's their problem, but it would be good if I could help determine the source. I could turn on bigbrother, or maybe use some tcp packet capture?

I'm not an expert in that - hoping someone who has had similar experience can offer some advice.

Thanks!
