I couldn't find anything either. Only thing I can think of is a subroutine you could write which would iterate through all the tables, trying to get a lock and then noting which ones you could not obtain a lock on. It would be nice if you get that information more easily though. Good luck!

I'm resubmitting this unanswered question, because of its importance to me, and because I think it might be of general interest:
Is there any way to display locks which have been obtained with the
GET_LOCK() function? This would be useful in identifying the source of a system freeze-up. 'show processlist' doesn't provide any information, and I can't find anything in the documentation about it.
The versions of MySQL I'm working with are 3.22.26a, 3.22.32 (Solaris) and 3.22.34 (NT).
