Hi, I've been working with a transit agency of Spain to export their data to the Google Transit Feed Specification. Currently we've got the data validated and they have followed the steps to get in contact with Google, but they are not getting a response.

They told me that they created a Google account and sent a mail to maps...@google.com with a link to the location of the transit data feed as required, but they didn't get a response.

Are these the right steps? Should we get in touch with Google Spain?
