Anybody implemented Google Calendar for creating events or retrieving events in java can please explain the procedure.

because when I am using Google calendar api as described in the documentation, I am getting error stating that NoClassDefFoundError / GoogleService class cannot be resolved.

Thanks,

Short story: - you cannot do that within google calendar proper

Long story: - if you want to make your own custom frontend for event creation, and have it backed by GData, there is nothing preventing you from making the subject field a droplist.
