Hi

I had serious problems compiling the newer versions of courier-imap! I use a Redhat Linux 6.1 System with the courier-imap version 0.33. Vpopmail 3.4.11 is also on my machine. The authentication should be with authvchkpw.

Configuring works good but compiling breaks with this error:

gcc -I/home/vpopmail/include -g -O2 -Wall -I.. -I./.. -L/home/vpopmail/lib -o authvchkpw modauthvchkpw.o libauthmod.a libauth.a ../md5/libmd5.a -lvpopmail -lm -lcrypt libauth.a(preauthvchkpw.o): In function `auth_vchkpw_pre': /temp/courier-imap-1.1/authlib/preauthvchkpw.c:75: undefined reference to `vclose' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[1]: *** [authvchkpw] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/temp/courier-imap-1.1/authlib' make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

How can I install the new courier-imap?? Aside, I got the same error when compiling the newer versions of sqwebmail.
