Subject:[maildropl] problem with maildrop and spamassassinActions...

hi everybody,

i use maildrop as lda. maildrop is supposed to give messages smaller then 26144 bytes to spamassassin which marks the email - if its spam - with a spam header and rewrites the subject. maildrop is then supposed to drop the mail into the ".Spam" folder. here is my problem, maildrop gives the email to spamassassin but spamassassin doesn't modify anything.

if i feed spamassassin by hand with the spammail that i send, it extends the header of the message an rewrites the subject:

cat 1101204822.M109433P17099V0000000000000811I0003424B_0.mailserver,S\=1587 | spamassassin -x -p /mail/werner/.spamassassin/user_prefs

then it rewrites the subject and modifies the header. for me it seems like if the communication between spamassassin and maildrop doesn't work properly. the mail is given from maildrop to spamassassin which checks the mail but doesn't do anything with it.

any ideas? i'm really stuck with this problem.
