As you said: "Ad titles are limited to 25 characters.", and "Your long headline is only 34 characters long." . And headline==title => myproblem is with <headline>Digital Rights Management for Word</headline> , I have just change it to something shorter and works.

BTW: when the soap erever returns <violation><index>6</index><line>0</line><isExemptable>false</isExemptable><reason>The line is too wide.</reason></violation> , why 0 ? you see this is at least line number 1.
