Does anyone have a "cookbook" approach for making Outlook shut up?

As Sam said you need to get IE to import the cert that you're using for courier. A "better" approach (IMHO) is to use openssl to create your own certificate signing authority and then sign everything with that. Then you can simply import that one cert for your signing authority into a machine once and ANY certs that you sign will be accepted. It saves you considerable headaches with having to import new certs in every machine ever time you change anything. As long as the cert is signed by your authority the client machines will accept it without complaint.

You can find instructions on how to do this on the internet or I'll be happy to send you mine if you're interested.
