Is there a way to access the "In Draft" features of Blogger via the Blogger Data API? In particular, I have customers who are interested in accessing the future-dating functionality of Blogger In Draft:

I guess my questions/concerns are twofold:

1. I'd like to encourage you to make sure when this feature goes live, it works from the Data API the same way it works from the web interface. that is, I think the idea that a future date implies scheduling is perfect, and it matches exactly what WordPress does.

2. I'd like to know if features such as this, that get staged on In Draft, are somehow also exposed to users via the data API? Perhaps users who log in to draft.google.com could toggle something to say they want "In Draft" features to also extend to API access?

Hi Daniel,

There is not currently a way to access draft features from within the API, but we are planning to use the new scheduling behavior once this feature is moved from draft to Blogger. Having a draft API or a way to opt in is an interesting idea.

Happy coding,
