I like this draft.

Here is a list of the relevant errata for the second edition (http://www.w3.org/XML/xml-V10-2e-errata).

While preparing a Japanese translation of XML2e, I sent many comments to the xml-editor mailing list. Two of them are relevant.

- Now that ISO/IEC 10646-2:2001 has been published, XML 1.0 should reference to it.

- "whose canonical (UCS-4) code value" is misleading. One could argue that the UCS-4 code value after character normalization is mentioned.
