When SketchUp works for thousands of other users, on various machines and configurations, what do YOU think is more likely: 1) Something is wrong with SketchUp, or 2) Something is wrong with YOUR computer/installation?

(I know that logic isn't taught much anymore, but this one's pretty simple.)

Do YOU really want assistance, or are YOU just venting?

YOU haven't asked how YOUR installation can be fixed. YOU've merely: 1) complained, 2) provided YOUR opinion that something's wrong with SketchUp, and 3) demanded a previous version. _________

If, however, you want assistance from other users here at the Help Group, please make your request, describing your computer, operating system, graphics support, SketchUp version, and the symptoms.

WE are not SketchUp - WE are users like you, volunteering to assist others with problems, on a public forum. If you want to rant at Google or SketchUp, you are directing your frustrations at the wrong target.
