Hello,

I created a mysql user called 'our_guest'.

I can log our_guest into MySQL from a command line ok.

But the user cannot log on via the www/tomcat/jsp.

The SQLException thrown is

java.sql.SQLException: No IP restriction template found for user our_guest

Note that we have a number of mysql users, all of which can log on successfully via the same www interface.

Has anyone seen this exception, and if so, can you point me toward a solution?
