Well Jim,

I managed to do it: I made ONE of these letters; an "accented O" -> Ó (if your settings allow to see this here). I did not do a NICE job; I just copied a comma and inserted above/into the letter O (turned the component unique and renamed it). I haven't cleaned up the geometry (I should probably intersect the accent with the letter and delete unwanted geometry) but I was just curious about the principle.
