*This message was transferred with a trial version of CommuniGate(tm) Pro* I am very new to running a mail server and courier specifically.

I have setup a server off the latest build on the site as of yesterday. Built the rpms successfully from the tarball. Got the installed with the exception of IMAP ( something about /etc/pam.d ) got the server and pop3d server up. The server logs say I am accpeting mail and I can see mail come in and claim to be delivered. When I login as a pop user I get no mail, when I login via the web interface I have no mail. When look at the Maildir file in the directory I can read the file and see the mail

here are some config snipetts

######################################### # /etc/courier/userdb # ad@mendelson.cc uid=502|gid=503|home=/home/adam/Maildir|shell=/bin/bash2|systempw=fuRMZc1Hk3ZkA|

########################################### # view from my home directory # # drwx------ 8 adam adam 1024 Dec 12 11:30 Maildir #

Any sugestions as why user 'adam' can't pop his mail or view it from the webmail??? yet I can find a file $HOME/Mialdir/Maildir that contains messages
