Hi all...I'm a newbie when it comes to qmail and i have been reading documentation all day and i can't seem to get Maildrop working. I'm running a virtual domain with vpopmail and qmail as my MTA. It's my understanding that i have to configure my /home/vpopmail/domains/mydomain/.qmail-default file in order to get Maildrop working. Right now my .qmail-default file has the entry:

| /home/vpopmail/bin/vdelivermail '' bounce-no-mailbox

anyway i was under the impression that if i removed this line and replaced in with: | /usr/bin/maildrop

that i'd be in business (i didn't supply an argument to maildrop b/c i have yet to make a mailfilterfile b/c i figured maildrop should just deliver normally w/o a mailfilter file)...unfortunately when i do this i can't receive mail..so i know this is probably really simple to solve but i just don't know what the problem is. Do I still need vdelivermail in my .qmail-default file?

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!!!

Brian Jensen
