Windows XP SP1 IIS 5.1 PHP 4.3.7 MySQL 4.0.20d Eventum 1.2.1

Everything is installed locally to the system and I am using both IE 6 and Mozilla 1.6 from the same system for accessing Eventum.

Initialy I had installed, configured and gotten to the login page. Email & password did not seem to work. Removed all components and re-installed.

When using the link from setup.php after it successfully configured itself, browsing directly to localhost (home set to the eventum directory) or specifying login.php in the URL it brings up a blank page.

Any suggestions on what I might be overlooking or have configured wrong?
