Yes but I got no satisfactory answer then. Now thanks to you I have an answer. But I guess I have to give to /dev/null after EXITCODE=77 because otherwise maildrop bounces the mail but delivers it too.

man maildropfilter

Reading documentation is your friend. If you don't want to deliver the mail, "exit" after the EXITCODE.
