Understood -- there's parallel streams though, so if you were running a
year+ old version of 6 on the desktop, it'd also encourage you to
update. 7u1 is old within it's major release stram, hence the warnings

I took an informal poll at the last NYJavaSIG meeting (about 150
attendees) on what JVM versions were used. I think I got 1 person
saying they were using Java 7 in production.
