Hi,

We have a lot of messages that cannot be displayed properly in webmail.

The screen shows this warning message: ============================================ The following text uses the gb2312 character set. Your display is set for the iso-8859-1 character set, so some characters may not display properly. ============================================ The message becomes ........

We tried to change the encoding of IE to gb2312 but still get the same thing.

We set IE to accept language zh-cn, and made a folder zh-cn in the webmail html directory (following the instructions step by step), but still have the same problem.

But when we download the messages to Outlook, they are displayed just fine. When we send such messages to yahoo or hotmail, they are also displayed just fine.

We really wish this could be resolved.

Sincerely, Yuan
