File a bug about it at http://bugs.kde.org. Don't hesitate if you're not sure
whether the problem is FreeBSD specific or not - all bugs on all operating
systems should be filed there, except bugs in the FreeBSD ports
infrastructure and compilation errors which are better reported (first) to
kd...@freebsd.org.
