I am running ClamAV and Spamassassin on a mail relay server. Unfortunately, spamassassin is only called by maildrop which means only local mails are scanned.

I want to have spamassassin called at smtp level as part of the clamav-perlfilter, without having to run amavis-ng or anything like that. Has anyone done such an implementation? Thanks.
