En fait après avoir fait un "touch leFichier.odt" sur le serveur dans le répertoire cible et ajusté les droits, ça marche avec StoreToURL à partir de la macro.

Je précise que les droits sur le répertoire sont corrects. D'ailleurs j'arrive a créer un fichier avec Nautilus et un montage WebDAV depuis un poste client, sans authentification.

Je viens d'essayer manuellement avec la version 3.0 pour Mac OSX avec un fichier test tout frais pas placé préalablement sur le serveur. Dans ma config webdav https, cela fonctionne.
