In my point of view Eventum should have 2 mailboxes support only.
The first mailbox for routing interface (i.e. all mails get into the one mailbox
and eventum routes all mails, being based on issue #).
The second mailbox is for automaticaly issue creating (i.e. all mails get into
the second mailbox and eventum creates issue, being based on project name). In
this case the system should allow to report the same mailbox in all projects
configuration in Manage Email Accounts section.
So. in Manage Email Accounts section, we could have 2 screens: basic and
advanced. The basic screen: 2 mailboxes configuration, one for mailbox routing,
the second for issue creating. And the advanced screen for advanced
configuration - the current view of Manage Email Accounts section. In this case
the system should allow to report the same mailbox in all projects
configuration.
