JNA was tagged in SVN at versions 2.4 and 2.5. 3.0 has not yet officially been released, but when it is, a tag will be made for 3.0 (Real Soon Now).

The v3 branch has mostly been merged into the head. It has a few experimental features not on the head that may or may not be incorporated into a later version.

Thank you very much for the feedback. We open source developers live for recognition :)

Hello,

I am looking at using JNA and have downloaded the jna.jar file to evaluate it. Works great - thanks for your efforts - it provides an elegant solution to native API access. My only problem is determining what version I'm using. After looking through the SVN repository and project web site, I have not located a version number for the jna.jar currently available for download.

I noticed the file is what's available at the HEAD, which is currently revision 334. What version is this? What is the v3 branch for? Are you still using labels?

Thanks, Philip Eskelin
