I have this situatuion:

1 - My company 2- Client Company 3- My technicians

I want my client company can create a issue, and send to me. The client can not chosse (and not see) who technician, always is assigned to me. Then I reassigned to only ONE of my technicians, but other technicians can not see issues not assigned to him. The assigned technician can fix the issue and close.

The last question, is what is the real differences between reporter o viewer with customers?

in project settings, select yes to segregate reporters Hide assignment related field to reporter Make issue private.
