Review request for rekonq.

Description

-------

When downloading an arbitrary file, the KFileDialog that's opened shows the root
directory, not the user's home directory or even better the download path that's
been configured by the user. This patch changes the default directory which the dialog shows to the Rekonfig
download directory.
