Do you get the RXCLK light coming on?

If not, it's a physical cabling issue.

This is a FR to ATM configuration using a CAT 6509 flexwan / ATM DS3 Card (enhanced).

Telco is pointing finger my way. Do I need to setup Controller in global config?
