So, say half a day. But what the heck ! As long as you like what you do, no ? I don't understand this rendering thing. Still have a lot to learn. For my photos I use Photoshop, and you can also change all kinds of parameters there, but then you are already in a static format (jpg, bmp, or whatever).

The modelling was ABOUT an hour. Kerky settings maybe another one (I'm a newbie in rendering). Then comes rendering time - say another hour (though this one was actually somewhere between 20 nad 30 minutes - but you "don't work" in the meantime).
I1m not sure about the materials - I have a sh***tload of other materials installed - who knows what comes from where?

p.s. Besides "daylight", there are (as far as I can remember) 5 more lights in that rendering. I especially like the reflex-lights on the wall - that was also an "experiment" for me...
