if i send an email to, say, bo@domain.com it works just fine but BO@domain.com bounces saying "user not found". RO@DOMAIN.COM bounces as well.

Isn't it supposed to be case insensitive?

I was wondering if this is a problem with what I am doing or a bug in Courier? Thanks.
