Continuation of discussion on TimeToPerform and the larger architectural issues that we started discussing last time.

Main work will be to draft language to send to ebXML-JC to solicit input on the architectural issues involved in using CPPA to support configuration of a "BSH"

May wish to add the discussion of the CPP/A implementing only parts of a process definition. This was a discussion point several years ago but a decision made not to handle it directly. For example many CPP/A may implement a process definition, particularly if the latter is a MPC. Thanks.
