Help! I have a problem. I'm trying to setup a virtual domain. In the
aliases file, I have the following:
@domain-name.com: bushpilot
I also have domain-name.com and .domain-name.com listed in both
esmtpacceptmailfor.dir/bushpilot AND in hosteddomains. I have run
makealiases, makehosteddomains, and makeacceptmailfor.
However, when I send an email to webm...@domain-name.com, I get an error
from SMTP saying that that user doesn't exist and in the logs, I get this:

ARGH!!! OK. After some more testing, I find that if I create a
.courier-default file in bushpilot's homedir, it delivers the email. Umm,
you may want to have a step by step on how to setup a virtual domain and
make sure to specify that one has to create the .courier-default file for
all of this to work.
