That JS error looks familiar and is probably caused by the calls to
_IG_AdjustIFrameHeight(), which would also explain why the height
always looks to high.
Are you testing on a different locale homepage? I'm curious if this
may be caused by a missing JS library somewhere in the template.

ALso it is throwing JS errors for me. I narrowed it down out of all my
gadgets until this was on a tab on its own so I'm pretty sure it's
this gadget throwing the error.
