I was wrong, PCRE is installed on this machine but this installation of Postfix does not have pcre support. I don't know if I will be able to locate such packages and if I build them on my Debian machine, they probably won't work even if I convert debs to rpm. I do not need mysql support, BTW.

I found a suitable rpm package (Postfix 2.1 even) and it installed. Perhaps I won't need to use Maildrop for this particular task, but it would still be nice to find out more about writing my own Maildrop filters so I can filter based on Spamassassin headers.

Why not use SA via /etc/postfix/master.cf ?

If 1/2 of all US marriages end in divorce, and there are a good number of 3rd, 4th, etc marriages, then more than 1/2 of all 1st marriages will be permanent.
