Does anyone else feel the need to have a conference call this week to discuss the proposed agenda for next weeks call? Unless these is further support for a call this Thursday, lets discuss the agenda and any issues there of on the list. I have a change to the agenda (proposed by Karl Best @OASIS) to include some OASIS procedural business; I include the updated agenda below.

I agree we should set a time limit on the 12^th con-call. I motion we set a time limit of 1.5 hours and focus on getting the required businesses done and on setting out initial/next steps.

· Agreement on future "Order of Business"

o Reading/agreement of minutes from previous meeting

o Officers and committee reports

I suggest we have at least a brief call on November 8th to clear any concerns/questions/issues not addressed online by that time. Also, how long is the call scheduled for? Two (2) Hours? Just to help folks plan their day accordingly.
