Hi All

Can I use the scripting of maildrop to send out of office replies like one can with procmail?

If so can someone help me with and example?

I have found no decent examples after googling quite a bit and there doesn't appear to be a solid reference with good examples for the syntax for the maildrop filtering.

and you missed a recent thread "Vacation scripting for maildrop" (October 13th, 2005)?

Note that you'd better use a software that handles vacations instead of writing that in maildrop. Todd's script handles many "cases", but adding other features will make it too large or complex.
