I also got empty reports from sandbox.

To Google API team: is there any chance that you fill reports with data? It would be easier to understand report structure if we have some date in it.

When you run a report via the Sandbox's Report Service the report should come back populated with random data. If you need actual data, you're going to have to go against the production environment.
