Is this a mission critical application for your company? If so, my experience is, you don't scrape pennies in this area. You may not need support but then again, if it's once all year and it's a stop production problem. Thank god for support! I'm sure they will let you pay for it in the midst of your emergency but building relationships is part of getting great support.

Hi,
I've got a support offer for Perforce from my local dealer. Except for promise of bug fix nothing is mentioned regarding what I will get. I've never called support and probably never will.
Some advice regarding if I should pay the support for next year?
