We sincerely appreciate the feedback you have all provided. We can assure you that it is our top goal to provide you all with the tools, services, and support necessary to successfully create applications. We recognize we aren't there yet and we are working hard to fix this.

As the community expands, we are planning to be more active with postings and replying to developer issues. For the time being, please bear with us as we continue to improve the service. We have many initiatives under way and we are doing our best to prioritize. We are forced to make many difficult trade-offs in the short run, but in due course we expect to have all the necessary components of a world-class developer program.

Finally, while we don't respond to all postings, every posting is read by me and other members of the team. The feedback is extremely useful as it helps us prioritize feature requests and identify bugs, so please keep the posts (good and bad) coming.
