Since Eventum doesn't have dedicated fields to enter computer
environment settings in, these fields have to be added as "Custom
Fields". Functionality could be added to pre-select these fields, but I
do not really see the need for this, considering generally a user only
needs to choose values from 2-3 select boxes.
If you are wanting the users to be able to save a string of text to put
in the issue body, this is easier to do, but I still don't think it is
needed.
