Does anyone know of a step-by-step howto for courier-imap ssl? Where can i find out more about what is happening (log files entries?).

in imapd-ssl, make sure IMAPDSSLSTART=YES is set. That's all I had to do.

Are you sure it's running? % netstat -anp | grep 993
