Bon, finalement, je m'y suis attelé ce soir. J'ai donc tout recopié, en faisant des essais de la macro à chaque étape. Je suis arrivé jusqu'au bout sans problème: tout fonctionne.

Je vais donc garder ma copie à la place de l'original.

Mais je ne saurai jamais pouquoi ça ne marchait pas dans l'original : je ne trouve absolument aucune différence.
